‘’A wonderful painting that showed the spirit of it's subject beautifully. It was handsomely framed and carefully packaged. It is the first painting I have bought and I expect I might be tempted to buy another from this very talented artist.”

Harris Beach

£110.00
I visited this Hebridean beach (Bostadh) in September. It is a beautiful place. The machair clings to the sand dunes, the ridges carved by the weather. Peat-coloured streams flow down to the sea.

An English Church

£200.00

Just a stone’s throw from the noise and bustle of modern day London stands St Etheldreda’s Church, Holborn, the oldest Catholic chapel in England. Thought to date from the middle thirteenth century, it is a hidden ancient gem, a spiritual sanctuary of the Middle Ages, a haven of peace and tranquility.

One of England’s finest medieval churches and the cathedral of Nottinghamshire. I visited in October. This painting is from the choir looking towards the pulpitum and ornate Norman rood screen.

I loved the light inside this imposing but nevertheless warm building.

This was made during the summer of 2017 on a visit to a beautiful Sussex Garden. I enjoyed the straight lines of the formal parts of the garden contrasting with wilder elements such as the roses and honeysuckle.

The Blue Pool

£195.00
The Blue Pool near the Purbeck Hills, in Dorset (England). A unique body of water, varying in colour from green to turquoise, surrounded by pine trees, gorse and heather.

It owes its wonderful colour to minute particles of clay in the water which diffract the light, yielding colours from red-brown, through grey and green to the more typical turquoise.
